Yes, we accept international cards providing it has a logo from Mastercard or Visa. We also accept American Express.

All prices are quoted with GST in the currency you have selected to view your products in(located in the top- right corner)

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all deliveries in 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during sales and promotional periods. Due to Covid 19 and natural disasters, there may be delays with Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking number for updated information.

You may change the address before the item has been fulfilled. Once the item has been fulfilled and you have received tracking, the item has been packaged and taken by couriers. In the event that the wrong address has been given and you have not received your fulfillment notification via email, you may contact us directly. We suggest calling during business hours so we can act quickly.

Yes, upon fulfilment you will receive tracking details please allow 24 hours for processing before checking the parcels location.

Shipping fees are based on a per package rate. 

Within Australia you will be charged $10 for Standard shipping or $16 for Express Post. Please ensure you select your preference at checkout. Contact us if you make an error: info@divinedancetweed.com.au

Free Standard shipping applies to orders over $100. This does not apply to Dream Duffel Packages as the shipping rates are high and vary enormously within Australia. Send us your postcode and suburb to receive a shipping quote.

Yes, we currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, The United Kingdom and The United States.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we take returns and exchanges on all non- clearance items provided the items are in original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error has been made by our team. Please contact us ahead of time to notify us of this return. Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed. 

Note: We do not allow exchanges/returns on hosiery including tights, undies, and other hygiene products such as face masks, make up and hair accessories. Items must be returned in original packaging with their tags still attached. We reserve the right to inspect any items upon return to ensure that our refund and exchange conditions are met. if garments are not in original condition, the terms may be renegotiated to an exchange or partial refund depending on damage.

Please allow 7 days after we have received your item(s) for your refund to process back into your account. We will send out a refund notification once we have issued the refund back onto your card.

You may return a gift, provided that you have an order number or an email/name from who the gift was purchased by. If we cannot find the order, we cannot process an exchange or refund.

We refund on the product but not on the shipping. Shipping costs are payable by the customer. 

You may exchange for a different size, colour or just a simple change of mind. Once your exchange has been approved you may send the item of exchange back to us in its original condition with all packaging and tags. Once we have received the item we will send out the replacement with a new tracking number.

Yes, we can provide an electronic gift card for you to use within a year of your exchange.

 Having an account makes shopping with us a lot easier. It keeps record of previous orders which is helpful for keeping record of size, brand, colour, etc. We also have a wish list(super handy for birthdays and future purchases) and a section for purchased gift cards. We also reward our regular customers!

Gift Cards

Yes! We sell electronic ones online which you can use either in-store or online. We also have physical gift vouchers for instore only.

You will receive it via the email you use at the checkout. It will appear in a separate email from your order confirmation and receipt of purchase.

No, we do not price match items. We encourage all of our customers to follow us on our socials and subscribe to our mailing list so you can keep update with all future sales and promotions.
